Eligibility

To use our Site or purchase Products, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. For firearm silencers, you must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). You are responsible for ensuring your eligibility to purchase and possess silencers and firearm products.

Product Purchases

All products and services are clearly described on their respective product pages. All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Kovix. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other methods specified at checkout. Payment must be completed before we process your order.

We ship Products to addresses within the United States, subject to applicable laws. Orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Firearm Silencers

Purchase and possession of firearm silencers are regulated by federal and state laws. Firearm silencers will only ship to an active FFL/SOT in your area. After your purchase, a Kovix representative will contact you to identify your local FFL/SOT and facilitate the transfer.

You must provide all necessary documentation, obtain any required permits before taking possession, and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Kovix will not ship silencers until required approvals are confirmed. Delays in processing are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.

We are currently unable to sell to unauthorized individuals in California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, undamaged Products (excluding ammunition) within 30 days of delivery. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at support@kovix.com. Products must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Due to federal regulations, firearm silencers are non-returnable and non-refundable once the ATF approval process has begun, except in cases of defects covered by warranty. Firearms and silencers may be returned if the product is unused, undamaged, and a transfer via ATF Form 4473 has not taken place.

Product Warranties

Our commitment is to provide an exceptional experience and we will stand behind our products fully. Any Kovix silencer will be supported with a robust warranty that covers any and all damages except normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis. If your silencer is damaged, we will take care of you.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, or copy, distribute, or modify Site content without permission.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Kovix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kovix, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of our Products or Site.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert City], conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. The updated Terms are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
